We have produced a Food Poverty Leaflet to be updated every season. This is where people can get free food from. Please note that all information is correct at time of publishing however things may change but this will be reflected in the next leaflet.


Other information you may find useful if you are in a poverty crisis

Caring Hands In The Community: Open Mon - Fri from 9.30am until 1pm, based on New Road Avenue. You can have showers and have your laundry done, all free of charge too.

Second Chance Charity: Pop in and register at their community hub on 105 High Street in Chatham. You can get food at base prices and they offer other support such as debt and budgeting help.

Citizens Advice Medway: They can give you foodbank vouchers and assign you with someone to help with debt advice. You can contact them on 01634 383 760

Christians Against Poverty: They can provide you with budgeting advice, tips and run courses to help you budget on 0800 328 0006

IMAGO: They can help you with benefit checking, budgeting and housing. You can refer by calling 0300 011 1965
